Rowbuy Spreadsheet Dress Code, a pocket catalogue for six occasions
Thirty Taobao listings we opened through Rowbuy on October 24, 2026, filed by where you will wear them, each with the price we read, the menu option that changes it and the one photo detail worth asking the warehouse about.
Try plain words such as rain shoe covers, linen bucket hat or 925 silver chain.

Eight product racks under the dress codes
Each card opens a full product listing page for that category. The photo on the card is one of our own occasion picks, so you can see the kind of thing we file under it.
Choose an occasion, then check the feature it depends on
Use the occasion shelves to decide what the item must do for you: fit a laptop, pack flat for a trip, or allow the right range of movement for the gym. The notes identify a feature to verify on the listing and in warehouse photos; they do not certify waterproofing, safety or performance. Open a shelf, confirm the exact variant, then keep the one question that could change your decision.
- CMCommute shelfDesk-to-train pieces: a backpack with a laptop sleeve, a trench that sits flat, glasses for screen hours.
- GYGym shelfKit that gets washed twice a week: quick-dry tees, cuffed joggers, flat indoor trainers, a wet-dry holdall.
- TRTrips shelfThings that fold, nest or plug in abroad: packing cubes, a crushable bucket hat, a socket converter.
- HMHome days shelfSoft, heavy and cheap to replace: cotton pyjamas sized by body weight, fleece crews, a long cable.
- RNRain shelfWet-weather gear judged by seams and closures: a taped shell, a waterproof cap, tall shoe covers.
- EVEvenings out shelfDinner and dates: a plain silver chain, a navy dress, a stretch white shirt, dark straight jeans.

What a Rowbuy Spreadsheet is, in this pocket version
A Rowbuy Spreadsheet is a product catalogue: cards of real listings from Chinese shops, each linked so you can open it through the Rowbuy shopping agent and buy it without a Chinese bank card. It is not a document you download. You browse, you open a card, you decide on the listing itself.
Ours is deliberately small. Thirty picks across six occasions, each written up as a slip with the tag price, the bottom-line amount Rowbuy showed for the preset option, one thing to check before paying and one thing to look for in the warehouse photos. Seven of the thirty showed a higher bottom line than the tag the day we checked, which is why the slips carry both numbers.

For the full idea, including what we leave out and why, read the occasion index.
Rowbuy in two minutes
Rowbuy is a shopping agent: you show it a Taobao, 1688 or Weidian product, it places the order with that shop for you, photographs it at its warehouse, holds it while you collect more, then posts everything to you as one parcel. You pay in US dollars. Its help center tells the story in five short steps and says you need neither a Chinese card nor a local address or phone.

The service is young (its help articles are dated from late June 2026) and some of its public pages still carry text from the software it is built on. We cover what that means for you, and the cases where a different agent makes more sense, on the agent page.
Walkthrough for a first Rowbuy order
Seven moves turn one of our slips into a box on your doorstep: sign up, open the listing, pick the option, pay for the goods, review the warehouse photos, submit your parcel and pay for postage. Signing up asks for an email and a password; an invite code box is optional and can stay empty.

Read the seven steps with screenshots, including the two points where money leaves your card. Rowbuy shows no public pictures of a signed-in account, so the screens from that part of the order are our own drawings, each one labelled as an illustration.
Two calculators fed by Rowbuy postage data
Two calculators on this site run on numbers we pulled from Rowbuy's public estimator. The kit weigher adds up the pieces you plan to send together, compares real and size-based weight, and prices the result on the two United States options and the single Canada option the estimator offered. The storage clock tells you when the free ninety days run out for an item that has reached the warehouse.

Open the calculators. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
Money on a typical order
A Rowbuy order is paid in two goes: the item and the shop's courier charge when you order, then international postage once you approve the photos. On top sits an agent fee that Rowbuy ties to its own work. Rowbuy names that fee but does not print a rate anywhere public, so we do not guess one.

The more common surprise is on the listing itself. The costs page walks through the seven picks where the bottom line beat the tag, and the menu option behind each one.
Where parcels can go right now
On Rowbuy's public estimator only the United States and Canada returned a price when we queried it. The British, French, German, Italian and Spanish entries came back with no route on October 24, 2026, and both priced countries were quoted 7 to 11 days. If you live elsewhere, read the postage page before you buy anything.

Before you pay for anything bulky, read postage, weight and restricted items.
Review the warehouse photos before parcel approval
Compare the item in Rowbuy’s warehouse with the option you paid for, then inspect the feature your occasion requires. For a commute backpack, ask to see the laptop sleeve dimensions; for a rain shell, inspect seam construction without assuming that a photo proves water resistance. If the necessary view is missing, ask for that view before approving the parcel. Rowbuy does not publish a fixed photo count.

The full reading order lives on the photo checks page, with one request per shelf.
Recent notices from Rowbuy
Rowbuy posts short notices on its home page: a peak-season reminder about postage times, a welcome note about new-user postage coupons and the launch of its referral scheme, which pays up to 8 percent of a referred buyer's international postage. Our board dates every notice by the day we first saw it.

Every dated entry sits on the notice board, next to our own check log.
