What Rowbuy is and does
Rowbuy calls itself a personal shopping agent in China. You find a product on Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, and Rowbuy places the order with that shop in your name, shoots photos of what arrives, keeps it on a shelf, packs it alongside anything else you bought and sends the box abroad. You pay in US dollars, and nothing Chinese is required of you: no bank card, no address, no phone line.
Its help center has fourteen short articles covering ordering, photos, storage, payment, fees, postage, customs, returns and the referral scheme. They are dated from the end of June to early July 2026. Read them on Rowbuy.

Why someone would pick Rowbuy
Choosing Rowbuy starts with the common ground: any agent buys on your behalf, photograph at a warehouse, store, combine and post. Rowbuy does all of that. What is different is narrower. It bills in dollars rather than yuan, so a North American card sees a dollar charge. Its estimator is public and needs no login, so you can price a parcel before signing up. Its help center is short and plain. And its referral scheme pays on postage, which matters if you buy for friends.
Choose another agent if you live outside the United States or Canada, since the estimator offered nothing elsewhere when we checked; if you want a published service fee before you start; or if you need a large community to ask questions in. Rowbuy's Discord had four members on October 24.
Loose ends on Rowbuy's public pages
Rowbuy runs on software it shares with other agents, and some public pages still show that. The footer names a different company from the US operator in the help center. Some pages under the blog address, such as service fees and returns, read like the terms of an unrelated retail shop and contradict the help center; we use the help center. The manual order form's disclaimer names other services. The forwarding page shows a sample warehouse address that says it should be replaced.
None of this stops an order, but it is why we quote only the help center and what we saw on live product pages, with dates.
Other shopping agents buyers compare with Rowbuy
Superbuy, CSSBuy, Sugargoo, Kakobuy and many others offer the same service: buy, photograph, store, combine, post. They differ in the fee they charge for buying, the postage options to your country, how many photos they include, how long storage is free, and how they handle returns. Compare on those five, using each agent's own published pages, and ignore rankings that do not show their working.

Rowbuy's stance on brand copies
Rowbuy's prohibited items page lists counterfeit goods, pirated products and items that infringe intellectual property among things that it refuses to buy or forward, and its estimator terms repeat the point. Our shelves hold plain, unbranded pieces only, and we skip any listing whose title borrows a brand name.
