Rowbuy postage: where it goes, how weight is counted, what stays behind
Rowbuy says it ships worldwide. Its public estimator, the day we checked, priced two countries.

We queried Rowbuy's estimator for each of its eight country entries at 1 kg on October 24, 2026 (the list carries the United States twice), and priced a 1,200 g Canada parcel on the page itself. Only the United States and Canada returned a price. The five European entries, for Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy, came back empty. All three options quoted 7 to 11 days.

Scale weight against size weight
Postage is charged on the larger of the parcel's scale weight and its size-based weight. The estimator data uses a divisor of 6,000 for the United States options and 8,000 for Canada, so the same box counts heavier to the United States. Weight is then rounded up: in 500 g steps for the United States, in 100 g steps for Canada.
Worked by hand: 30 x 22 x 12 is 7,920 cubic cm, which over 8,000 is under a kilo, so the scale weight of 1,200 g counts. Twelve 100 g steps at CNY 7.10 plus CNY 30 is CNY 115.20; at 0.1477 that is $17.02, and the estimator showed $17.01, a cent apart because its rate carries more decimals.
Restricted goods that touch our shelves
Rowbuy's restricted list is long. The entries that matter for a clothing and accessories catalogue are perfume, batteries and power banks, liquids and alcohol-based cosmetics, and aerosols. Perfume is called out separately as air-dangerous; Rowbuy suggests sea freight where available, but none of the options we saw was sea freight. Its pages also say counterfeit goods and items that infringe trademarks cannot be bought or shipped.

Delivery times and peak season
The 7 to 11 days quoted are estimates. Rowbuy's peak-season notice says customs checks and seasonal volume can stretch them, and that faster options cost more. Start counting when the parcel is handed to the carrier, not when you ordered: seller delivery and photo approval come first.
When something arrives damaged or goes missing, Rowbuy wants the order number plus photos and offers to help with the claim; how fast money comes back is down to the shop and the carrier, it says.
