Rowbuy Spreadsheet answers, a Dress Code glossary and contact routes
Answers to the questions readers send most, a list of the words used on this site, and the right place to take each kind of problem.
Answers readers ask for most
These come from questions frequently asked by people reading this site and from our own first order checks.
Is this the official Rowbuy site
No. This is an independent catalogue written by readers of Taobao listings. Rowbuy's site is rowbuy.com.
Do I pay this site anything
No. You pay Rowbuy for goods and postage. We may be credited for a sign-up through a tracking tag, but we hold no Rowbuy referral code.
Why does the price on a slip differ from what I see
Prices move, and the slip is dated October 24, 2026. Also check the amount box on the listing: the page may have selected a dearer option.
Can Rowbuy buy from 1688
Rowbuy lists 1688 as supported. On October 24 its 1688 search switch returned an authorization error for every query we ran; pasting a 1688 link directly is worth trying.
How many free photos does Rowbuy take
Rowbuy does not publish a number. Ask for the specific detail you need instead of counting photos.
Can I send to the United Kingdom or Europe
Not on the public estimator when we checked on October 24, 2026. Ask Rowbuy support before buying.
What happens after 90 days of storage
Rowbuy's ceiling is 120 days and the first 90 cost nothing. It does not publish the fee after day 90.
Can I order perfume through Rowbuy
Rowbuy lists perfume as air-dangerous and restricted. Our perfume slot holds an empty refill bottle for that reason.
Who do I contact about a problem with an order
Rowbuy, through its on-site chat, the email on its contact page or its Discord. We cannot see or change your orders.
