Rowbuy Spreadsheet occasion index: six shelves, sixteen racks
Use the six occasion shelves when you know what the piece is for, and the sixteen racks when you only know what kind of thing you want. Both lead to real listings.
The six shelves
Each shelf page holds four to six slips. A slip gives our short name for the listing, the tag in yuan with its dollar conversion, the bottom-line amount Rowbuy showed for whatever option the page selected on its own, one check to make before paying and one detail to look for in the warehouse photos. We opened every listing on October 24, 2026.

Pick by occasion and budget
The filter below works on the same thirty slips. Set an occasion and a ceiling per piece; it compares your ceiling with the bottom-line amount, not the tag, because that is the figure the checkout used for the preset option.
Every result links to its slip on the occasion page, where the menu notes live. A zero ceiling is allowed and simply returns nothing.
Sixteen racks by product type
These cards open wider category listings rather than our thirty picks. The photo on each card comes from one of our slips so you can judge the style of the rack, but the listings behind the card are a much larger, unedited set.

Two racks need a word. The perfume rack exists because buyers ask for it, but Rowbuy lists perfume among things it cannot forward by air, so our pick for that slot is an empty refillable bottle. The electronics rack mixes items with and without batteries; batteries and power banks are on the restricted list, and our two picks (a plug converter and a braided cable) have none.
How the thirty picks were chosen
We searched Rowbuy's own product search in Chinese, one query per need, such as a waterproof cap or a cuffed jogger. The 1688 switch on the results page answered all 30 of our queries on October 24 with an authorization error from the 1688 side, so every pick here comes from the Taobao switch, which returned twenty results on 29 of them.
From each set we dropped any title naming a fashion house, a sports brand or a phrase such as same style as, then opened the survivors on Rowbuy. Three listings bounced us to the blank Fill&buy form instead of a product page and were dropped; reopening the two we retried did not help. Of the thirty that opened, we noted the option the page picked on its own, the inventory count and the bottom-line amount.

Limits of a thirty-slip catalogue
It is not a mirror of everything on Taobao, and it does not rank anything. Thirty picks is a starting set for six kinds of day, chosen because each one taught us something about reading a listing: a sweatpant menu whose first colour is a two-pack, a cable whose preset option has no fast charging, shoe covers sized in a unit the translation calls pieces. If a listing disappears or its price moves, the slip stays until our next check and the date tells you how fresh it is.
